Shipping & Delivery Policy

The order received would be shipped within 1-2 working days to be dispatched. Normally orders placed before 11am on a business day, we try & ship the same day, provided the payment gateway confirms receipt of payment, payment received and stock availability. Orders placed after 12 noon will be shipped the next business day. Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.

We ship within India to any address provided through reliable courier organizations or India Post. The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. Orders normally take 4 to 7 days for delivery subject to the location and delivery partner. We track all couriered orders and keep your customers updated via mail or whats app.

Shipping charges are normally charged on the basis of the order value. For any order below Rs.500+ GST would be charged a flat Rs.30+ GST. Any other above the said value the shipping charges are ‘0’ / Zero across the country to any pincode. There may be some changes in the above shipping costs depending on the organization’s decision in future. The same shall be incorporated in the portal and sipping cart.

Please also note that the shipping rates are flat to make it convenient for the customer and the organization. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full 500 grams.
