Cancellation Policy

We have a no return policy as these are handmade protducts.

However, you may return the parcel which are duly un used in case the products are delivered in a damaged condition or delivered beyond the committed time lines. You may also return the products in case you have received incorrect items against the orders placed by you.

In such an event you could call +91 92480 78910 or e mail sriram@artnweaves.com within 24 to 48 hrs wrt your issue and share package images (1 or 2 images).  Once we confirm back which shall happen 72 hrs of such communication received you can expect to receive your refund within one week of giving your package is received by our organization at the registered office, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much before the above-mentioned timelines. The time includes transit time for us to receive the returned items from the assigned courier organization which is normally 5 to10 days. We shall transfer the amount in the easiest manner as requested by the customer to make it convenient. A written communication is expected to ensure proper accounting and accountability. We shall refund 100% of the charges debited to your account or order value and would not adjust any charges to your account. However, please take note that the return courier charges would be to your account.

We shall respond you within 24 hrs via mail of a team member shall call you to understand your grievance. We shall notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, or you can courier back the products at your cost, and we shall not deduct any such amounts for the same.

Depending on the address shared by you for delivery, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. In most cases, we will replace the products if the return is a result of our error. In case there is an error in the order delivered you an RTO the products with the same courier organization, however, please ensure the parcel is packed in a shippable manner without any packing issues for transit. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
